At the end of 2000, I ended a very successful 15 year career in real estate sales in our area. I was the top producing agent in my office for 6 of the 10 years I worked in the Lafayette Pacific Union office. In 1997 I was the top producing agent with Pacific Union Real Estate in Contra Costa County.

I’m no longer selling homes. Now I regularly research our local real estate market conditions and write Market Trends Update for selected local agents who subscribe and send out to their clients.

In addition, I also assist buyers and sellers to find knowledgeable, experienced, local real estate agents. I know most agents in our area well and can match buyers and sellers with some of the best agents in our area. If you need an agent,

I’ve lived in the San Francisco Bay area since the 1960’s although we spent 5 years in the Main Line area of Philadelphia when my husband took a job transfer to Philadelphia. One of my happiest days was the day we learned he was being transferred back to the wonderful San Francisco Bay area!

My original career was as an elementary and intermediate school teacher. I grew up in Seattle, WA and I graduated with a BA from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA. I have a Masters Degree from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA.

I’m happily married to a wonderful man and have two grown sons. We have two grandsons, 5 and 2 years old. The rest of our family includes Brina, our 8 year-old Sheltie and Gretel, our year old German Shepherd.

My hobbies include computers, music, reading, gardening, cooking, photography and rooting for our local sports teams. I'm also active in our church and my one of my passions there is working with teen girls' groups. When it's time for a break, our favorite vacation spot is Hawaii.

We've lived in the Lamorinda area since 1978. It was a wonderful place to raise our family. We plan to remain here for many years. We can't think of any place that could be nicer!
