Moraga: Larch/Sanders/Carr Area
Info provided below was obtained from usually reliable
sources but is not guaranteed. There may be some inaccuracies.
Homes pictured below are examples only and are NOT, to my
knowledge, currently on the market.
The Larch Avenue area has a
wide range of values. The homes on lower Larch tend to be older, smaller
homes. However, the small subdivision on Windeler Court, built about 10 years ago, has homes that now would range over a
million. A brand new subdivision nearby off Camino Pablo on Duarte
Court broke the million mark also. As you
go up Larch, the values of homes tend to generally increase. Most homes
were built in the late 50's and 60's.
Sanders Drive just several blocks from Larch, also has
smaller, usually more affordable homes and the prices increase as you go
up Carr Drive where there are larger homes and many have nice views.
The Moraga Swim and Tennis Club on Larch as is a very popular
recreational facility.
The Moraga Ranch Swim Club is at the bottom of Larch and is a very
popular small club. (PS Olympic swim star, Matt Biondi, grew up in
Moraga so competitive swimming continues to be a favorite for kids.)
