Our Moraga Neighborhoods:
The map below shows a number of popular Moraga
neighborhood areas. Many are hyperlinked to more info about those
places. The white boundary lines are only intended to be very rough
approximations and do not indicate exact boundaries.
Updated 04/06: Price range estimates are
VERY approximate and there may be exceptions in each
neighborhood. This is intended only to give a general overview of value.
Prices are rough estimates based on the past year's recorded MLS sales
and my "guesstimates" of value range. They don't reflect higher or lower
value homes that I have no knowledge of or sales that have not been
reported to our MLS. There may be some inaccuracies.
Data provided below was obtained from usually reliable sources but is not
guaranteed. There may be some inaccuracies.
