Moraga: Sanders Ranch

Sanders Ranch was been Moraga's most prestigious neighborhood since the subdivision was first started in the mid-1980's. It is a gated community with a security guard at the front gate. Many Moragans sold their older homes and upgraded to a new Sanders Ranch home. It has also been a favorite spot for relocating transferees. The community at one point boasted there were more children in Sanders Ranch than any other neighborhood in town. It continues to be one of Moraga's best locations.
