Moraga: The Bluffs Info provided below was obtained from usually reliable sources but is not guaranteed. There may be some inaccuracies. This is one of my favorite Moraga neighborhoods. It's a particularly private, small community of homes tucked away in a very pleasant setting. Some homes have nearly panoramic views of the Moraga hills and beyond. It is near enough to St. Mary's College that you can hear the chapel bells softly ringing in each hour during the day. There are a few newer homes that have been very recently built, but the majority of the neighborhood was built by Wooldridge Construction in the early late 60's and early 70's. Homes pictured below are examples only and, to my knowledge, are NOT currently on the market.
