Most of the homes in this subdivision are the Eichler style homes were seen as very modern in the late 50's and as having simple, innovative  designs.

There are about 339 homes in the subdivison. It was built between 1955-1959 and bounded by Ygnacio Valley Rd., San Antonio Dr., and San Carlos Dr.

The subdivision is being reviewed by the Office of Historic Preservation and the National Parks Service, along with several other Eichler subdivisions, for the possible inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
